Whose "Useful Idiots" are they?

Although this is happening in a different state, TIFs are ultimately guided by federal laws,and in fact Missouri's TIF laws were based on Illinois' TIF laws. What a municipal government has a right to do in one state will reflect on what one village can and will do in another state. I beleive that what is happening in Rolla is similar to what is and will be happening here in Richmond, IL. It is just that here in Richmond most of the information is controlled by your elected officials.
